We went last night and enjoyed every minute! The food was great and the atmosphere was fun! Our waiter was very attentive. The best part was the music. Sean Strelecki is a very talented entertainer. I am a bit biased being his mother. I highly recommend this restaurant/pub.
The crab cake Benedict with country potatoes was absolutely tasty and just the right portion amount to hit the spot and not be over full. The price point was perfect as well. Definitely a swanky place. If I lived closer I would definitely come here more often.
Really appreciated the vibe at the Blue Lion Pub. We had breakfast there and we're not disappointed! My wife had the homemade Vanilla Bean flavored latte along with the chicken and waffles, and I had the perfectly cooked eggs over medium sandwich. Loved the laid back atmosphere and live music (not too loud, perfect for some background tunes and conversation). Rachel took good care of us, we will definitely be back!

This Pub is Awesome! I've been here before and always has great food and great service. Went for lunch. Can't wait to go back to Trivia Night, Open Mike Night, Karaoke Night, or Friday and Saturday nights with Live music. What a fun and great place! The attached bar is great. Decisions are so unique and enjoyable. Highly recommend this place!!
Deep in The Woodlands but a gem of a pub. Not sure if the menu was explicitly for the Valentine's Day event but it was very nice. Went for the Tracy Perez Band and they did a GREAT job as always. Service may have been hindered because of the event but for the most part she did good. Nice space, food was good, entertainment was phenomenal. Definitely coming back.

The atmosphere is warm, lively, and perfect for everything from a casual pint to a full meal with friends or family. Food That Shines: The menu is a highlight, featuring classic British pub fare done right. The Fish & Chips are legendary – consistently cited as some of the best in the Houston area by sources like Houston Chronicle ("crisp, golden batter" and "flaky fish") and Eater Houston (included in "Essential Houston Restaurants" lists). Our order lived up to the hype: perfectly crispy batter enveloping tender, flaky cod, served with proper mushy peas and thick-cut chips. The Shepherd's Pie was another standout – hearty, flavorful, and deeply comforting. Portions are generous. Drinks & Service: The bar boasts an impressive selection of British and European beers on tap (including well-kept cask ales at proper cellar temperature, as mentioned on their website) and bottled imports you won't easily find elsewhere. The whisky selection is also noteworthy. The service was fantastic – attentive, knowledgeable about the menu and beers, and genuinely friendly, The Whole Package: Whether you're catching a Premier League match (they show them all!), enjoying a lively weekend night, or having a relaxed family Sunday lunch (yes, it's family-friendly!), The Blue Lion nails it. I had breakfast at The Blue Lion his morning, and I was completely blown away. I ordered the Egg and Ham Sandwich, and it was simple perfection. This wasn't just a sandwich; it was a perfectly crafted culinary experience. The bread was toasted to a beautiful golden-brown, providing the perfect crunch without being dry. Inside, the savory, thick-cut ham was grilled just right, and the egg was cooked flawlessly with a perfectly jammy yolk that created a rich, delicious sauce. Every single ingredient tasted fresh and high-quality. It’s clear that so much care and attention to detail go into the food here. I went to Blue Lion Pub this morning for brunch and had such a great experience. The atmosphere was already welcoming, but what really elevated it was the live music, a fantastic singer, JP Music, who set the perfect tone for a relaxed and enjoyable brunch. The service was outstanding from start to finish, friendly, attentive, and genuinely kind. And I have to give a special shout-out to Chef Orlando, who is serving up the best hot vegan lunch I’ve had anywhere here in The Woodlands. The food was excellent, with a surprising number of vegan options, all thoughtfully prepared and full of flavor. Between the live music, incredible service, and standout food, Blue Lion Pub made for a memorable brunch. I’ll absolutely be back. They are open for Breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The entertainment changes, and they offer karaoke night, so you may want to check their events calendar.
